Paul Steven Smith was born to Billy and Yvonne Smith on September 13, 1961.  He is the youngest boy, and the fourth of five children. Paul’s business sense was displayed at age six. From that time to the present, the ministry God entrusted to Paul’s care has impacted the lives of several generations of people around the country.

Paul came to know Jesus Christ as his personal Savior in June 1970 at the Mt. Jezreel Baptist Church where Dr. Harold E. Trammell, is the pastor.  Later, Paul acknowledged the call to ministry and his first sermon was preached on December 18, 1976. He has since evangelized around the country. Wherever Pastor Smith ministers the word of God, there are testimonies of healing, miracles, and lives being changed through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Pastor Smith was called of God at the age of 19 and he acknowledges his life has not been the same. He founded the Victory Fellowship Church in 2001.  As an energetic, dynamic Pastor of one of the fastest growing churches in the country, Pastor Smith is noted for his unusual gifts of teaching, powerful preaching and walking in faith.

He is a strategic thinker, a visionary and a businessman who has blended his natural talents with his spiritual gifts to fulfill the call that God has on his life. In obedience to God, Pastor Smith founded the Victory Fellowship Church, which began with three members and now has a membership approaching 300. Upon establishing the church, Pastor Smith received the church vision from God, "to gather up the fragments, and reach the city, the nation and the world for Jesus Christ". He was anointed to write the vision, to make it plain and to stand on the promises of God. Over the years Pastor Smith, has walked in faith, glorifying God every step of the way, as the vision has come to pass.

In addition, Pastor Smith is in the process of penning his first book, the focus of which is to transform the non-believer and encourage and minister to the believer to find their purpose in life.
Pastor Smith has continued to share his gifts and talents to the Body of Christ by preaching, and teaching.  He is the author of two seminars: Financial Freedom 101 and Learning to Listen.

For his many accomplishments, community contributions and humanitarian acts, Pastor Smith has received numerous honors.

Minister Cheryl Smith, is a native Washingtonian. Minister Smith accepted Christ as Lord and Savior in 1974 and has been active in churches, as youth choir director, bible teacher and small group facilitator. 

Minister Smith attended a national computer trade school where she received a Diploma in Computer Operations and has been working in the Information Technology field since 1983.

After acknowledging God's calling, Minister Smith preached her initial sermon in February 1997 and was licensed to preach the gospel in February of 1999 by Pastor F. Nichols of God's Universal Kingdom(GUK#1) Church in Washington, D.C.

In May of 2002, Minister Smith graduated from Washington Bible College with an Associate of Arts degree, in Biblical Studies.

From 2001 through 2004 she served the family of Zion Church in Largo, Maryland, as group facilitator in their First Base - Discipleship Ministry, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Keith A. Battle. While a member of Zion Church she also started the "And God Created Woman's"  women's bible study, which provided a venue to build healthy relationships between women of faith as well as, promoting and strengthening their faith in God.

 

As Pastor of Education at Victory Fellowship Church, Minister Smith provides discipleship classes and small group venues to promote spiritual growth and encouragement for this local body of believers.

Minister Smith has been a helpmate, to her husband Billy for more than 24 years and mother to their 18-year-old son, Delton and 16-year-old daughter, Danae. They reside in Bowie, Maryland

Elder Beverly Brooks is a native Washingtonian and has been a resident of the state of Maryland since 1965.  She received a B.S. in Business Administration from Bowie State University.  From 1990 to 2000 she taught at the Koinonia Bible Institute in Silver Spring, MD.

Elder Brooks received Christ at an early age, while attending St. Mark Baptist Church in Washington, D.C., where she received her foundational Christian doctrinal teachings.  In 1981 she re-dedicated her life to the Lord and was "filled with the Holy Spirit."  Shortly thereafter Elder Brooks felt the call of God on her life to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ.    She preached her initial sermon in January 1990 and was licensed into the Gospel ministry in February 1990 at Mt. Jezreel Baptist Church.  In June 1996 she was ordained.   From 1997 to 2000 Elder Brooks served in full-time ministry at Mt. Jezreel as Junior Pastor, Christian Education.  From 2001 to 2004 she served as Pastor of Administration at Victory Fellowship Church. 

From 2000-2002 Ms. Brooks stepped through a "window" of opportunity to serve as an "Educator" in the Prince Georges County Schools.  That window of opportunity served as valuable experience in her quest to ensure that there is "No Child Left Behind."

In the secular arena Ms. Brooks is an Accountant.  She is also owner of RBB Consulting, where she helps non-profits and businesses "bring their vision to fruition" through Church and Business Start-ups, Mission and Vision Satements; 501(c)(3)'s; Charter Consulting and Strategic Purpose Driven Planning.

Elder Beverly Brooks is an anointed and appointed preacher and teacher of the Word of God.  She has ministered at various services on the East Coast, Workshops, Retreats and Conferences.  She counts it a privilege to be called into the kingdom "for such a time as this."

During this season of ministry there is an apostolic and prophetic anointing on the ministry that God has given her.  This apostolic anointing was confirmed in 2003 through intimacy with God and prophetic utterances: "there has been movement in your belly and it's more than triplets!  Apostolic anointing . . . walk in it!. . ."

And that is what she is doing -- "Walking in it"  and "It's a Walk of Faith!!!!"
